Cancellation of Orders
Web orders may only be cancelled if the product has not already been shipped. To cancel a web order, please call: 1.888.393.8482 or email sales@eyescience.com.
Return Policy for Retail Customers
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with your EyeScience Labs product, you may request a refund by following the procedures below within 30 days of purchase. Shipping errors, shortages or damaged product must also be reported within 30 days of purchase.
- To return a product, the product must have been purchased directly from www.eyescience.com. Returns of products purchased from a doctor, retail store, or other sources must be handled by the individual or organization from which the product was purchased.
- Contact EyeScience Labs by calling 1.877.393.8482 to obtain approval for your return. You will be assigned a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- The Customer Service Representative will provide you the correct procedures and location to return the product. The product must be shipped within 30 days of purchase with the RMA number included in the package.
- Product returned to EyeScience Labs after 30 days of purchase and/or without a RMA number will not qualify for a refund (first time Macular Health Formula™ users have 60 days from date of first purchase).
- Processing of refunds may take up to 30 days after receipt of returned product.
International Orders
Importation of certain products is prohibited by some countries. The customer takes possession of the merchandise at the time of purchase and thereafter is responsible for following the laws and import rules of the country where the product is being shipped. The customer is also responsible for any tariffs, taxes, duties, or other fees imposed by US or international customs. EyeScience Labs will not refund the cost of shipping for any products that are impounded, delayed by customs, or returned without being delivered.
Shipping Policy
Orders placed after 1 p.m. PST will be shipped within 5 business days. An additional charge is required for Saturday Delivery. EyeScience Labs will not refund the cost of shipping for shipments which are returned undelivered. EyeScience Labs may not refund the shipping cost for products which are lost, damaged, or stolen in shipping.
